Today, I felt like back to hell from heaven...
I told my colleague the door of hell started to open when I was on the way to office.

Somewhere in Amsterdam...

Somewhere in Amsterdam...do you have any idea where is it? It's 20 mins walk to Central Station. I thought I was getting lost at that moment. Luckily, I got the tram back to Central Station.

Bikes in Amsterdam......

I was wondering if the number of bikes in Amsterdam are more than people.
It was great to see the city in a bike especially at night..with the wind blowing towards your face.
What a wonderful experience!
A city with less cars, but more bikes is less crowded/ green/ comfortable/ and tranquille.

Escape from reality- and, falling into a dream

My plane landed safely in HK this sunny morning, it brought me home finally..my wonderful escape came to an end.

But is it really the end? My physical body is in HK, but my mentally thought is still remain in somewhere else...I feel like I am still in Amsterdam, and just don't wanna back to the reality, to be honest. I realised that, this is the place I love over my favourite city ever- NYC..so NYC, you are my second love from now on.

After 11- days trip, I really fall into this full-of- canals-and bikes cities. Strolling around Amsterdam is full of enjoyment and happiness. I always find something fascinating in coincidence....old /new book shops, art galleries, photography galleries, petit fashion boutiques, cozy bars and restauarants, house boats, exhibition, fresh markets, beautiful flowers, nice and smiling people etc ..there are lots of places I wanna visit again and some of them I still haven't seen at all..so, here is Amsterdam, always made me think time was not enough ( although I've stayed there for over 9 days! if you reallly wanna get to know a city, you have to stay a little bit longer. )

Okay, I know, photos always speak louder than words, so here are my photos in A M S T E R D A M.
- Amsterdam has 160 canals. I like sitting and sunbathing alongside canals, just relax and do nothing, it always feels great and comfort.

- I MUST post the second photo of this great guy/blogger in AMS- Daniel Jacques.
May I dedicate my tribute to him here...
It was definitely delightful and pleasure to meet him during my stay. Without him, my trip won't be that wonderful and satisfying. He was so kind to show me around the city and introduced me to those great places that I really wanna go, even he is extremely busy to work on his thesis at the moment ( Good luck :> ). It was enjoyable to chat with him as well, I get to know him more in person, he's a little bit different ( in a good way ) from what I thought before, haha..!! He's such a polite/ nice/ sincere/ friendly/ sunshine/ considerate/ handsome person. Wait..Did I mention he's a gorgeous gentleman and talented photographer as well? If you have chance, you should meet him!And, I hope I can meet him again in the future. Moreover, his sharing of photography, books and magazines was also very great- he showed me some beautiful and informative magazines that I fond of now, I just couldn't help but bought " monocle " at the airport on the way home, and simply forgot my sleeping time in the plane to read it through.
I don't know how to express my sincere thanks to you, Daniel:) Anyway, Dank U!! Dank U!! Dank U!!! Dank U!!

Rita: I am glad that you understand what I mean and feel. Sometimes, we really need to take some time to walk away our own place, and get lost somewhere..I am going to get lost tomorrow. 

I really like the hidden streets, shops, art galleries, exhibition.....even the hidden me sometimes..

...where i am?

I am in a city far away from HK. 

When the plane took off from HK airport, I started to think that I am not the Evelyn in HK..The plane seemed took me to another planet....I am no one's daughter, no one's friend, no one's co-workers, no one's student, no one's....I am just me,was going to another place that escape from actual reality..and to breathe some fresh air that I hardly have in my own place..so where i am?

two days passed by in this fantastic place, I feel like the whole thing is quite unreal but beautiful- how amazing is this place..i never realise this place is actually exist in the world and around me...so am I dreaming actually....am I in heaven? 

I am gonna feeling the most of it......and just doing nothing..but enjoying...
